There must be some parameters to evaluate the teaching and teachers. These parameters are conveyed to the teachers and there must be a system to evaluation of teachers according to these parameters. There must be a system for giving and not giving rewards to the teachers on the bases of this evaluation. Promotion of teachers is also depends upon the performance of the teacher which is measured by this evaluation system.
