SEPA has a wide plan for student assessment which consists of assessment declared in lesson plan, assessment of each and every SLO, monthly tests, first term, second term, final term exams, pre board exams and guesses.
Complete assessment and recording
Test of every part of SLO is taken from every student and make its record on computer. Students who can’t achieve more than 70% of some SLO needs special coaching. If maximum students can’t achieve some SLO then it should be repeated. This assessment is mostly done in the class room during the teaching process. Most questions for this purpose are taken from lesson plan, some questions may be prepared on the sport but they are included in lesson plan for next time. All the questions are also included in Question Bank.
Annual and terminal examination System
Procedure / Conditions: –
- School management gives the information about classes, subjects, publishers and class wise number of students.
- SEPA makes question papers of all classes separate for all books or publishers (Gaba, Oxford etc.)
- SEPA provides question papers and answer sheets in schools.
- Teachers of that school perform exam duty and sends answer books to SEPA.
- SEPA marks the papers and prepare result.
- Result will be shown on web site and scripts will be sent schools or direct to the parents according to the demand of school.
- Fee per student is Rs.500.

Objectives:
1. For Assessment and evaluation of students before Board Examinations.
2. To compare the students of different schools.
3. Exams were taken as board new pattern i.e. SLO based according to the demand of curriculum.
4. Students may know their actual position in all subjects and subjects’ areas before Board Exam.
